John Todd, President
A professional photographer for over fifteen years, John has a wide range of expertise in many forms of photography including corporate, sports, fine art, and advertising promotion. He owns and manages International Sports Images (ISIPhotos.net), the official photography supplier to the U.S. Men and Women's soccer teams and Women's Professional Soccer. An experienced sports shooter, John is the also the official photographer to the University of California athletics (goldenbearsports.com). His work has appeared in Time Magazine, USA Today, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Sports Illustrated and ESPN the Magazine, and has been displayed at the Smithsonian Institution as part of a women-in-sports photography exhibit.
Annette Shelby, General Manager
Annette joined International Sports Images in November 2003, where she oversees marketing, business development and financial operations. Previously, she was associate director of Stanford University's Continuing Studies Program, which offers business and liberal arts courses to adult students. She has also worked in both marketing and production capacities for many sporting ventures and events including World Cup 1994, Stanford Athletics, the San Jose Arena grand opening, and a minor league soccer team. She obtained her B.S. and M.B.A. from Stanford University.

ISIPhotos.com (by International Sports Images) is a robust, searchable database containing an array of sporting images for commercial and editorial purposes. Our online archive currently contains the following sets of images ready to be licensed:

Image Specifications
All high-resolution images are 8"x10" at 300 DPI. Larger sizes are available by request. Images are available for immediate download to approved account holders. For editorial uses, please use our online pricing calculator and payment system.

Registering takes just a few moments. Simply click on the 'Register' link in the main navigation menu and enter your information. Your account will be activated immediately, and you can use the advanced features of the website, including purchasing photos for editorial usage. Placing an Order
When you select an image from the library which you would like to purchase, you will be asked to specify for what purpose you require the image for. This is to help us automatically calculate a price for your chosen picture. Once you have entered this information, the price for your image(s) will be calculated. If you are happy with the price, and wish to proceed with your order, simply click the 'Add to cart' link.
After completion of your order, you will be able to log into your personal account area on the website to download high resolutions versions of the image(s) which you have purchased.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made using all major credit and debit cards. For your security, all transactions are processed using the PayPal secure payment servers. Although registering with PayPal is NOT required to use this website, if you do hold a PayPal account already, you may also use this to place your order.
How to download purchased images
To download images which you have purchased, log into your account on the website and follow these instructions:
1. Login into your account.
2. Click 'Account' in the main site navigation.
3. Click on 'View' next to the transaction you wish to download hi-resolution files from.
4. You will be presented with the list of purchased images.
5. Alongside each purchased image, you will see a link to 'Download.'
6. Click on the 'Download' link and save the hi-resolution file in a safe location on your computer.
For security reasons, you will have a limited amount attempts to download your purchased images. If you exceed this limit you will need to contact us to reset your download allowance.
Terms and Conditions
The following is a legal agreement between 'You' the customer, and 'International Sports Images, Inc.' the licensing agent. By purchasing a Digital Image from this website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement automatically, without any other conditions or declarations. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not permitted to purchase any digital image from this website.
All Images on the website are copyrighted and they are the properties of International Sports Images, Inc. and their photographers. All rights are reserved unless otherwise granted to you. Your rights to use the image(s) are subject to this agreement.
Usage Restrictions
PERMITTED USES
Upon receipt of payment, you may use your purchased image(s) only for the purpose which you specified while placing the order. Any additional usage requirements must be arranged with the photographer immediately, and will be subject to a new fee being calculated for the new or additional use.
PROHIBITED USES
You may NOT use any purchased image in the following ways, unless they are expressly permitted by International Sports Images in writing prior to it's use: In electronic items for resale, such as website templates, document templates, wallpapers, screen savers, e-cards or similar products that you intend to sell or distribute. For creating printed reproductions that you intend to sell. On physical items for resale and 'print on demand' items such as t-shirts, postcards, mouse pads, coffee mugs, calendars (e.g. on sites like Cafepress, or photobox), or on any similar mass produced items that would contain the Image in a dominant way. For pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimize other people, societies and/or cultures. In a way that would make people assume that the person(s) depicted on the Image is/are endorsing a certain product or a service. In a way that could give a bad name to either the photographer or the person(s) depicted in the Image, including illustrating sensitive social subjects such as health issues, crime, sexual preferences, drug abuse or similar issues. As part of a business name, trademark, service mark or logo. Selling and redistribution of the image (individually or along with any other images) is strictly forbidden.
Your Rights
You acknowledge that by purchasing an Image(s) the ownership of the image does not get transferred to You, the customer, and You must not claim that it is yours. Your license is non-transferable, which means that You, the customer, are not allowed to sell, rent, give, sub license, or otherwise transfer the image or the right to use the image to anyone else.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless International Sports Images, Inc., against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this agreement, the use of this site and the use or the inability of use of any Image, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an Image(s), or any claim by a third party related to the use of an image(s).
Model Release and Property Release
It is 'You' the customer who must satisfy himself/herself that all necessary rights, releases or consents which may be required for reproduction, are obtained, and it is acknowledged that International Sports Images, Inc. gives no warranty or undertaking that any such rights, releases or consents are or will be obtained whether in relation to the use of names, people, trade marks, registered or copyright designs or works of art depicted in any picture. In the event that the picture is used or reproduced by or with the authority of the Client then the Client shall indemnify International Sports Images, Inc. against any loss, damage, proceedings or costs where such rights, releases or consents have not been obtained.
Credit
Any published image(s) MUST clearly display the photo tag line 'Photo: isiphotos.com' alongside each image. There is no exception to this policy unless otherwise agreed in writing with the photographer prior to the image(s) being published.
Warranty
International Sports Images, Inc. warrants that the digital copy of the image(s) provided to you will be free from defects in material and workmanship (not visual artefacts inherent in original image) for thirty (30) days following delivery from this site. International Sports Images, Inc. will, as your sole and exclusive remedy for your inability to use an image and at its sole discretion, provide you with a replacement of the digital copy of such image, or refund any fee paid by you to International Sports Images, Inc. provided you have not made any licensed use of the image. International Sports Images, Inc. makes no warranties nor shall be liable for any image which: (1) has been modified by you (2) has been combined by you with other images, products, content or materials or (3) International Sports Images, Inc. has previously notified you not to license or otherwise use. Except as provided above, International Sports Images, Inc. makes no warranties (express or implied) with respect to images. International Sports Images, Inc. does not warrant that caption information is accurate. International Sports Images, Inc. makes no other warranty regarding any image(s), or any rights or licenses under this agreement including, without limitation, that the images are error free. While International Sports Images, Inc. takes all reasonable care in the performance of this Agreement generally, International Sports Images, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the You or the Client or by any third party arising from technical faults with digital image(s), failure to download the purchased digital image(s), use or reproduction of any picture or its caption.
